Product design across six years, and in the last of them the production frontend as well, written rather than handed over. Lending, Insurance, Investments and Trading. A selection: most of the work is internal, under NDA, or both, though I can talk through the approach behind any of it where the details are not confidential.
The group's Innovation team, serving its six companies. ProofKit and the Shriram Financial Services site were both built here, and these two are the ones designed and shipped by the same person rather than handed to a development team or a vendor.
Four years inside a transformation group that grew from about 35 people to nearly 350. Shriram One, the website and COS portal, and the Dealer Portal ran concurrently rather than in sequence, which is why three of the ranges above overlap.
These were large conventional builds: engineering, product, data, QA and vendor teams delivering together, on a scale no individual ships. My seat on all three was product design, UI and UX, and across the four years it grew into leading the design.
Most of the work is not shown. Internal tools, portal work and product surfaces that never had a public face account for the bulk of four years at Shriram, and a separate strand of freelance product work runs under NDA and stays there, unnamed and unillustrated.
