Case Study
Shriram Financial Services
A ground-up site for a company changing its name, shipped Design to Deployed without a handoff, inside a new Trading and Investment ecosystem.
02The Brief
Way to Wealth was becoming Shriram Financial Services, with nothing existing to build on top of, as part of a wider push by Shriram Credit Company to stand up a trading and investment ecosystem against established players.
Innovation serves the six companies under Shriram Credit: AMC, Fortune, Financial Services, Research, Insight and Wealth.Shriram Credit group
03The Move
Owned the web platform workstream end to end, product logic through wireframes to final design, sitting inside the product team rather than taking requirements from it. Shipped production frontends directly, design to deployed, with no handoff to a separate development team. Introduced a staged review, low fidelity before high fidelity, after watching a premature high fidelity review lock in a wrong direction and cause expensive rework. It is now standard across the group's product teams. Phase one is deliberately restrained, hand coded from Figma rather than assembled, semantic throughout, and built as a foundation the later phases can grow into rather than a site they will have to replace.
04The Outcome
- 52Pages shipped in four weeksfully interactive, WCAG compliant
- 100%Performance, SEO and accessibilityacross the site
- ClearedVAPT, before launch
- 60 to 3Days of UAT cycle time
- 164+Bugs resolved inside that three day windowpart of the 310 raised through ProofKit, not a separate count
- ~₹33LVendor cost avoidedestimate, extrapolated from a real ₹10L quote for 3 templates and 5 pages
05How It Was Built
Hand coded from Figma rather than assembled, in Astro and Tailwind, with the same AI-assisted method: production frontends written directly, design to deployed. It exists partly as proof that a team can build at organisation scale this way, with the planning and the VAPT clearance that implies, rather than routing a quarter and a vendor budget through an agency.
