About

I design products and I build them. Six years between Design and Product, most of it in Lending, Insurance, Investments and Trading. Today I ship Production Frontends myself, Design to Deployed, no handoff.

Where I am now

Somewhere in the last year I crossed a line I did not expect to, from designing products to building them. If I can design it, I can build it, because the UX behind the design gets built and polished by the same person who argued for it. Every animation exactly as intended, with the guardrails, performance, page weight and accessibility still respected.

Every designer knows the quiet tax of 'that's not feasible right now,' the interaction that dies somewhere between the mockup and the sprint.

The record

  1. Apr 2026 to now

    Shriram Credit Company

    Senior Manager, Innovation

The group’s AI-first team, serving its six companies: Shriram AMC, Shriram Fortune, Shriram Financial Services, Shriram Research, Shriram Insight and Shriram Wealth.

  2. Apr 2022 to Mar 2026

    Shriram Finance

Manager, through four promotions from Interface and Experience Designer

Joined a transformation group of about 35 people and stayed while it grew past 300. Product design, UI and UX, on Shriram One from inception and on the website, the COS customer portal and the Dealer Portal alongside it, growing into leading the design. All three were large conventional builds delivered by engineering, product, data and QA teams together.

  3. May 2020 to Apr 2022

    RR Donnelley

Work Flow Coordinator, before that Visual and Design

Presentation design and data visualisation for the senior consultant teams at Boston Consulting Group, the client our team served, then design workflow and project routing across global teams.

How I work

  1. 01

    Frame the Problem

Start with what the business actually does, and what the person on the other end is trying to finish, before anything gets drawn.

  2. 02

    Design in the Open

Flows, states and edge cases worked out in the open, close enough to engineering that feasibility is a conversation, not a verdict.

  3. 03

    Build It Myself

Production frontend written rather than handed over, so the animation and the detail survive the trip from file to browser intact.

  4. 04

    Ship and Improve

Out to real users, with performance, accessibility and page weight treated as part of the design rather than as a later cleanup.

I Bring In Three Verticals

The overlap between them, is the point.

  1. Product Strategy and UX

Zero to one, from the business case to the states a product lives in.
