- Problems with real constraintsRegulated finance is where I have spent six years, not the limit of what interests me. The pull is difficulty, not sector: anything with rules that are genuinely hard and consequences for getting them wrong.
What helps in a first message
The role and the team it sits in, what shipping actually looks like there, and whether you hire outside your own country already or would be doing it for the first time. That last one decides the most and gets asked the least.
