02The Brief
The loan process between branches and two-wheeler dealers ran on print, email and post. Data existed digitally somewhere, but moved between people physically.
03The Move
Designed one integrated B2B system to replace it, drawn against a genuinely difficult set of APIs spanning several external vendors and internal teams. Engineering and product built it and the vendors were wrangled between us; my seat was product design, UI and UX, leading the design.
