The problem
Way to Wealth was becoming Shriram Financial Services, inside a new trading and investment ecosystem, and there was nothing existing to build on.
Before: A renamed company with no website to build on
After: A full site, designed and built with AI by a lean team
Before: User acceptance testing took 60 days
After: The same testing cycle closed in 3 days
Before: Polished reviews locked in a wrong direction early
After: Staged reviews: low fidelity first, high fidelity once direction holds
Decisions
- Decision 1
Let AI build from the design
I let AI build the front end from my Figma design, keeping Figma as one tool, not the destination.
Considered An outside agency and a vendor budget
- Decision 2
Low fidelity before high fidelity
We reviewed work in stages, low fidelity before high, so the direction settled before the polish.
- Decision 3
A restrained phase one
I kept phase one restrained and semantic, a foundation the later phases can grow into.
Outcome
The site cleared vulnerability and penetration testing before launch, and we resolved 164+ bugs inside the three-day testing window.
- Team
- A lean product team; I owned the UI, UX and front end
How it was made
It began in Figma. When AI reproduced roughly 60% of that design unprompted, I took on the front end with Claude Code and refined it to every detail I intended. It was my step into real web design and development.
- 1
Began in Figma
I worked through home page ideas, wireframes and the final design in Figma, reviewing at low fidelity before high.
- 2
From 60% to every detail
I took the front end on with Claude Code and refined it until every detail matched what I intended.
- 3
Security before launch
Before going public, the site went through critical vulnerability and penetration testing (VAPT), multiple audits and a full security analysis.
