Projects Led at scale
Dealer Portal
A dashboard that helps two-wheeler dealers handle loan leads and trade advances.

The problem
Two-wheeler loans between branches and dealers ran on print, email and post. The data existed digitally somewhere, but people still carried it to each other by hand.

Decisions
- Decision 1
One system, not three channels
We replaced print, email and post with one integrated system for branches and dealers.
- Decision 2
Design against the real APIs
We drew every screen against APIs spanning several external vendors and internal teams.
- Decision 3
Weigh requests against the dealer's job
We weighed each new feature request against what branches and dealers need to get done.
Outcome
- Team
- A team of 300-plus, with several external vendors
How it was made
Engineering and product teams built the portal with several external vendors. My part was the design: fully worked UI and UX in Figma, grounded in the design team's own research.
- 1
Research first
We ran our own design research before drawing a single screen.
- 2
Requirements first
We weighed requirements before design began, so they arrived ready to design.
- 3
Fully worked in Figma
We worked out every screen in Figma, full UI and UX, ready for engineering to build.
